Read moreKnock Back - Let Fly is hosting its first packing event! We need your help to put together the extended stay patient care packages. Each box will include a stress ball, stuffed animal, slide puzzle, craft, coloring book, crayons, and welcome card. The event will take place in Room 2 at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library in Downtown Fredericksburg, VA. We will package 48 boxes that will be delivered to the Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU. We hope to see you there!

If I still attend school and do things at home, how do children who are in a hospital for an extended period of time feel? All I want to do is make a difference for these children, and by doing so I can find a new passion and begin to feel productive again.
